Power Outage Disrupts Game 5, Anand Keeps Lead After Draw

A brief power outage of 13 minutes occurs about one and a half hours into game 5. More details at the Sofia News Agency website.

Anand once again chooses to defend with the Slav. The game was a repeat of Game 3 until Anand deviates with his 15th move. The games ends in a draw by repetition. Anand now leads the match 3.0-2.0.  Game 6 is tomorrow.
